Having a Snow Day...at least on my Blog!
The passwords are flying out as fast as the memberships are coming in and it is going pretty smoothly! NO hair pulling or screaming at my computer as yet! LOL! Thank you all so much for following the steps, especially adding my addy and sending me an email...you have no idea how much easier that makes it!
Many of you have written such sweet and thoughtful notes about your membership and what is going on in my life. I cannot possibly respond to each and every one but, I thank you for your support, your compliments, your prayers and all! Do you have any idea how special you are?
I was on the fence about going to the cabin with having opened up memberships. Didn't want to come back home to a gazillion emails but still wanted to get away from the pressure cooker! One minute I was going, the next minute, I had decided not to go! Got so far as to get my bag packed and in the car when I smelled gas...seems a little $16 part on your gas line can put a stop to your plans! So, I am home spending New Year's Eve with you guys! I will probably go up next weekend though...think I am going through cabin withdrawal.
Did anyone try the Panettone Bread Pudding? Oh, it is sooooo good, please try it before you can't find the Panettone in the stores. DD bought a couple of more loaves and we are freezing it. Really, it is THAT good! And, so easy to make. A real no brainer...love that kind of recipe! As Paula Deen says, it is "stupid simple"! LOL!
Okay, now onto It's a Snow Day! I was remembering how excited my kids got when they heard the radio say that their school was cancelled. Yes, back then you had to listen to the radio, not watch the TV or get an automated phone call! Then, bundling them up! And, I made ALL their mittens have "idiot strings" since routinely they would lose them! Snowmen were built, their size depended on how much snow we had. And, of course, someone HAD to throw a snowball! I have a set of snowmen that are in various stages of their life...melting, melting, melting! So all that was the inspiration for this kit which I just love!
Even though I am posting this today, it is a January Kit and you will need the new password to download.
And, as a bonus for Members Only, there is a Build Your Own Snowman Kit! Mittens are included! Don't know how I left them out of the preview...duh!
Sorry, no longer available
And, the Sampler for Non-Members....
Sorry...no longer available
Have a wonderful New Year's Eve...may you have a wonderful 2008 and may it bring you all the joy and love you deserve! MaWhah! And Big Hugs!
Happy New Year!

What a cute kit! Thanks and Happy New Year!
The kit is just adorable! I'm going to have fun with this one. Thanks so much!
THanks for the very pretty snow kit. I love the snow kits and now I want SNOW. Maybe we will get some this year!!! HOPE< HOPE.
This is just darling! Thank you so much.
Hope you get your car fixed and get away for a little while. That can do a lot for your soul and your sanity! This kit is a great start for the new year--thanks so much. This snoman kit will probably be the closest I come to making a snowman. We don't get too much of the white stuff here and if we do, it is usually light and gone VERY quickly. I've renewed my membership for 6 months and know that it is some of the best money I will spend this year. I hope 2008 will be a great year for you and those you love.
Yeah, for the smooth ride for you in this New Year 2008. No problem, as usual, with your email confirmation. Oh my, I am so glad the snow was a heavier further north of Baltimore. I have snow pictures of my grands. No many, but enough to use this kit. I also have one of their first snow, since they were last living in CA. This is just perfect. Thanks for all the fun parts of this kit. Leavin LUV! XOXOXO Happy 2008
Absolutely Adorable kit !

Glad to hear things are going smoothly for you with the memberships! Thanks so much for this adorable kit, what a great way to start off!! Here in FL we don't have snow days, we have hurricane days instead!!!
