No Tricks...just a Treat!

I am sure that those of you with little ones are already thinking about Halloween. Searching for just the right costume, just to have them change their minds the day before Halloween! My son would always pick all these different things to be and then for about 5 years, ended up wanting to be a vampire! At least he picked something easy! I always wanted to dress my son and daughter up as Raggedy Anne and Andy, but they would have nothing to do with it! I was looking through some photos tonight and came across some Halloween ones....oh, I miss those days! Now, if they go out to a party it is something like a French Maid and a Ghoul!

I am going to try to keep the weekends "blogging free" so I am going to post the kit I promised you now. Well, actually since it is after midnight...I guess I am right on schedule! I was trying to decide which one to post but being in Halloween mode...here is Oogly Googly!

Sorry, I have been up for 3 months so I have been removed.

Non-members....here are 2 quickpages for you!!

Sorry, I have been up for 3 months so I have been removed.

Some of you have asked that the files be made larger, which I did for Romance. Well, I received quite a few emails from those on dial up that they were having trouble. I remember being on dial up (not by choice...DSL wasn't available in my area) and it is so frustrating to be downloading and lose your connection and end up with a corrupted file or even just taking forever to download. It takes about 45 minutes to upload everything and post now so I am going to try to strike a happy medium and try to keep the files between 16 and 18 KB. You will have 3 months to get them so I think everyone can deal with that, right?

Also, so many of you have been sending me LO's! (doing the happy dance!!!) Hopefully, this weekend I will get them all uploaded and put into the slide show! I LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing them! Thank you!

So, have a great weekend everyone. !

Halloween has never really been "my" holiday, however, with this cute kit I've GOT to find something to use it on! Thankfully, I have grandkids, so it should be pretty easy. Thanks :)

You obviously had lots of fun as you so skillfully designed this happy kit. Love the ghost along with the mix of a warm yellow and light green. The chained tags are a happy collage with those fabulous patterned designs. I can't wait to get photos from my daughter and daughter through marriage so that I can scrap each one. I will have as much or more fun than you had as you did your designing guru thing. Thanks for this so happy and whimsical kit. SMOOCHIES!!!

My DH's aunt made HUGE Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls (about 4' tall). One year when my DS was about 3, I took the clothes off Raggedy Ann (the clothes were too hard to take off of Andy) and dressed him up with them, put black ballerina shoes on him and white leotards that I painted with red strips! He was adorable and everybody thought he was a girl! I don't sew, so I was forever looking for costumes that didn't need much! Thanks so much for the adorable Oogly Googly...love it and the name!!!

Hi Jannidee,
I have signed up for membership via Paypal (a week or so ago), but haven't received my password yet, so haven't been able to download anything as a member.

Is there a waiting period before you send out the password? I emailed you at your gmail account.

I'm anxious to start downloading the "members only" kits. I would prefer not to post my email address here, but if you check your gmail account you will find a note from me.

Hi Jan, This kit is just adorable. Thank you so very much. Although my kids are no longer trick or treaters. I do have loads of older pictures (just have to find the time to scan them) and I do have my 2 grandkids. Love it, so cute and lots of elements. Oh and by the way, I sent you a layout quite a while ago. When you where having your blog party. Did you ever get it? I use the spring kit from you and Anita. I also sent one to her. I figured I would kill 2 biddies with one scrap. LOL!

The connection issue is something that once you get used to having Internet it really troubles people, and when something like your kits are involved it does annoy people, The first thing you think when a download is taking forever is how to get better connection LOL It's something that will eventually happen once you start blog hopping and downloading kits. :)

Thanks so much for the Halloween kit, it's fantastic and it's really nice to have it in advance of any photos to scrap. :)

Best wishes. :O)

Great kit. I remember with my daughter, she ended up going as a logger several times. She could wear Daddy's shirt and pants. . .spenders kept them up... lol....
Comment about size of downloads. I remember dial-up. The most irritating thing was when it would lose contact and bam 9/10's download and have to start over..... I then went to regular cable modem... same thing with large downloads, only thing here.. I would start over a couple of times. What I didn't realize was that I had a download limit and was going over it almost every day.... now I have the next step up of the cable modem and don't have any problems.... having said all that.. I understand having the smaller files and I'm not bothered by it.... ok.. off my soap box..
