A 'Freebie-For-All'!
Thank you all for all the prayers and good thoughts for my Mom. She is home but she is still not feeling 100%. Very weak, tires easily, no real appetite. Took her to get her hair done today which did make her feel so much better though. I think she thought that as soon as she came home she would be back to normal and she is running a bit short of patience about letting this virus work out of her system! I thought patience was supposed to be a virtue of the elderly???? LOL!
I have a 'Freebie-For-All' for you! I know I am a bit early for this since Breast Cancer Awareness is next month but I thought if any of you were involved in any activities, you might appreciate it a bit early. I am giving this kit away since it is something that is very close to my heart since 2 of my most favorite people are BC Survivors.
So, this is free for you to celebrate a survivor or to tribute someone you may have lost to this horrendous disease. I only ask that instead of payment, you make sure that you are up to date on your mammograms, that you go to The Breast Cancer site and click to help get mammograms to those that cannot afford it and, if you are one of those that do need help to get a mammogram that you go to the American Cancer Society site to find out where you can go in your own community to get yourself checked. Please make the Breast Cancer site a daily visit. Contrary to what the emails about this site say, each click does not get a mammogram. It actually takes about 45,000 clicks but the site averages about 54,000 clicks per day...that comes out to 1.3 mammograms daily. If we all make it a daily stop, we can raise the number of mammograms that are given out so please, take a few minutes to do a little good for those in need!

Thank You for this Beautiful and Special Kit Dear.....This IS a very important subject for soooo many.....Glad to hear that Mom is home again....at her age it takes a while to recoup....Just watch out when she is better....LOL....Thanks again for this lovely gift...You are such a caring person.....
I have lost 3 members of my family in the last 2yrs to cancer, I have 1 who is fighting the good fight and now we have been told that my father has terminal stomach cancer - thank you for this gift and remember that all forms of cancer effect our lives.

Hello Janice! Don't faint. LOL
I am sorry I haven't visited for so long. I have been trying to recover from the back surgery and do some commitments I made in the digital world.
I can see I have a lot of catching up to do.
I am so happy to read your mother is home and doing better. Even a virus can be so hard for someone her age and hard for them to gain back their strength. I hope you are holding up well during this time as I realize it's more stress for you, also.
I joined our Fitness Center last week. GAG. LOL I knew it was something I needed to do to regain my muscle tone and strength even though I hate it. LOL I have to go for my workout in a few minutes, but will be back later to upload all the beautiful kits I have missed. I am recovering nicely from my back surgery, but the damaged nerves have a ways to go before they are better...if ever.
I clicked on the link and bookmarked it so I can go every day. Thanks for sharing it and your lovely kit.
Love and hugs,
You are the greatest!!!!!!
Love and hugs to ya,
