A word about the comments. I really don't care for myself (well, I do but I have barked at this tree to no avail) but when you download something that a reader has sent in, I really don't think it is too much to ask that you say thank you. Yes, it is nice to see hundreds of downloads for something you made but then when you see only 20 or 30 comments it is discouraging. Many of the readers that send in quickpages for you all to have are new and a little encouragement just might turn them into the next freebie blog! See? More comments are received on the Membership downloads than on the freebies! Makes no sense to me and it is the members for the most part (plus the same people who's name you ALWAYS see saying thank you on ALL the blogs) that are leaving the comments on the freebies. So, to all of you that say thank you, THANK YOU! and to the thousands of you that just grab...shame, shame, shame! Your Mama taught you better!
My son and I went to Target last night...he told me that he will never go to Target with me again! LOL! He was just going there to pick up some new jeans and walked out spending $140! I spent $2.99 on some windshield washing de-icer! Now, my son towers over me by about a foot and in my decrepit state, I really don't think I could force him to spend more than he wanted! He wouldn't let me look at everything I wanted so why he is blaming me for his wallet being lighter is beyond me! I did shame him into buying some new boxers and t-shirts but not all the rest! LOL! He should just be thankful that his sister wasn't with us because she has more influence on him than I do!
But, it was so cold!!!!!! And, it is even colder today! I keep putting on another layer but the chill just won't leave! I even baked a cake just to warm the kitchen up!

Oh, and I couldn't agree more about saying, "Thank you!". I'm about to give up on giving out freebies myself. I've had literally thousands of downloads, and *maybe* 100 total comments where people have said thanks in the last year. It can be very discouraging!

It's good that you were with him, otherwise...well, I don't wanna go there. hehe I have also baked something just to warm up the kitchen and then hung out in there cuz it was the warmest room in the house! Thanks for this so cute and full of fun kit. This is perfect for my eldest granddaughter in the 2nd set. She so wanted to do everything that her brother did although there is over 3 years between them. This kit definitely reflects my early childhood to a T. I only became the little lady as I played in Church, after that on came the slacks and out I went.
It is so nice to be back and to say hello to everyone. I was released from the hospital today around 11:30 after a week of Oncology Infusions. Tired, pain lessen, but not gone. I continue with part 2 of my milkshake Monday @ 8 a.m. on Outpatient basis. They ordered me a hospital bed, and the company left a terrible bed. I asked my son, why didn't he let them leave it? Oh my, it is always something. Now, I have to pad this mattress with blankets, etc., until tomorrow when they move the mattress from my sewing room until Monday.
OMGOODNESS..LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. THANK YOU MUCH.
