and Monday rolls around, again!

Hello, hello! And how was your weekend? Mine was busy...had a fun time on Saturday at the picnic we went to although it was hotter than Hades! Then, yesterday we smoked some pork roast in the smoker and my DD had her friend over for dinner. DH is getting ready for a tag sale. He loves to refinish old furniture and he does do a beautiful job but after awhile...no more room at the inn so to speak. So, he decided to see if he could sell some. That and all the other "stuff" ( he gets mad if I call it "junk") that he has pick up along the way! I suppose I should get my butt going, I am sure that I have some stuff that I am not using anymore. Then if if doesn't sell, it is already for donation!

Grambie, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I hate that you have to go through all this and you amaze me with your attitude and good spirits. You are an inspiration! Could you email me and send me your email addy, please?

Not much else going on. Summer is winding down...can't believe I am hearing advertisements about going back to school sales! It seems too soon! I liked it when everyone started the Wednesday after Labor Day! Seems like summer was longer and you had one last hurrah before heading back to school. And, back then everyone had time off from school at the same time so if you had a friend that lived in another town, you were off together. Now, it seems every town is different. Oh, well, the School Boards SAY they know what they are doing, although sometimes I have my doubts! I am working on a kit for going back to school but it is not quite done yet. I was to be another mini but it somehow had a mind of it's own and is growing!

Today, I have one part of a three part kit for you. Called Country Charm...this part is in Rose. Just a simple kit. You will also get it in Blue and Green. Hope you enjoy!

Download no longer available...sorry!

This is so beautiful. I can't imagine how your imagination works. It must be set to overspeed. Mine is so slow and sometimes shuts down completely. Glad there are people like you out there and even better that you share. Thanks.

Hey Jan, Love Country Charm, its sooooo pretty, thanks so much! I had a really busy weekend. I was partying all weekend. Saturday afternoon I had a bridal shower then sat. night I had a 40th wedding anniversary to go to. Then on Sunday we celebrated my brothers 70th birthday. Now this week I am babysitting my 2 granddaughters aged 2 and 4. So by the end of this week I will really need a rest.

Thank you so much. This is a beautiful little kit. The circle of flowers reminds me of a candle holder plate that I bought a few years ago. So dainty and pretty. Love it!

LMAO @ School boards saying they know what they are doing!!! They do NOT! lol Last year, my daughter had a minimum day almost EVERY single Weds!! Annnnnd, she had a day off almost every other week! I wondered too often exactly when she was getting her edumacation, because it seemed to me she spent more time at home than in school!! She is attending a new school this year as we just moved 'across the bridge' during the summer...so, I'm hoping this year her edumacation is something to write home about. OH, and I really do know how to spell 'education'. hehe

Annnnnnd another thing...I love this new kit Jannigirl! I can't wait to see the blue and green!! Thank you!!!

Also, have you heard from Danny? Do you know how he is doing?

And back to the subject of watermelon and eggplant, is there anything else you know that you are allergic to? I'm still stumped that I read about your allergic reaction just 2 days after my daughter told me that watermelon made her tongue itch for an hour after eating. =/

Have a wonderful Tuesday!! =) xox

It's nice to hear you had a lovely time in the picnic and barbecue during the weekend. :) It's better to take advantage of the good weather whilst it last, in winter we will complain of the cold LOL

Best of luck with with yard sale. :)

And many thanks for the new kit, looks lovely on its own and surely the other colour would look terrific along. :)

Best wishes. :O)

Now you know I love frills and this is perfect. See what happens when you reach your dotage. Younger I couldn't stand frills. Oh well, these are just fabulous. Now to try to catch my granddaughter in something besides pants. Girls rules in my family, so to have a boy to scrap for is something wonderful. Yet, to scrap for a little girl always bring out the urge for ruffles and bows. You have made the mark with this cute set. Leavin LUV!! XOXOXO
