Hello, hello

I just got my computer back and it is all screwed up! Had the new drive put in and he moved all my PSP files to the new drive but when I tried to open PSP it wouldn't open so I reinstalled, checking to repair the existing file. Now I have dupes of everything yet I can't find them! What a cluster fudge!

Before that I painted a closet and put in some shelves and reorganized, threw out, donated, whatever, just in a "get rid of the excess" kind of mood. But those of you with fibro know that when you over do...you pay dearly, and I did. But, I was doing anything to keep my mind on something else!

Let me say again how special you all are to me. The fact that you still stopped by even though there were no freebies is just so heart warming! Boy! Certain members of my family could take some lessons on thoughtfulness from you all!

I know some of you have sent me emails and I will try to answer but, what is going on with the email! I have duplicates, triplicates, quadruplicates of some of the emails! There were days that I didn't even go near the computer and then couldn't for a couple of days and my box was full! Trying to clear that up before I am bouncing like crazy!

Things are some better. Actually, everything is about the same but my attitude is a little "bitchier" which is a good thing! Sometimes I let myself become such a doormat and keep giving people the benefit of the doubt. Well, some have run out of benefits with me! Ha!

Still can't seem to get a kit together. Bits and pieces but I am sure that I have something that will be ready soon. Let's just say that I am not the tormented artist type that does their best work when depressed! I would love to tell you all what has been going on but unfortunately some people involved check my blog so that might not be the smartest thing to do or maybe I should so they could see it in black and white!!

Some good news though! My daughter landed a job with US Surgical with a very nice salary and great benefits and is thrilled! Her mood has improved drastically which is a very good thing because she was on the verge of either paying room and board or having her stuff thrown out on the lawn! AND, my son finished this semester with a 3.5! I am just so thrilled for him since he had a real rough patch for awhile and his grades had taken a nose dive! He failed one of his classes and had to retake it. Something called Statics which I really have no clue what it is but he just couldn't get it. Well, apparently the light came on because he finished with a 95.5 average in it! He will graduate in September and I, for one, will be breathing a sigh of relief! He has the worst luck of anyone I know, between car trouble, illness...a real Murphy's Law case!

So, hopefully things are on the up swing! Going to call it a night and go hug the heating pad for awhile. Love to you all and thank you so much for being the light in the storm! Big cyber hugs to each and everyone of you. I appreciate all your prayers and good thoughts and since you are so good at them I am going to ask you all to add someone else to your list. I received this email through one of the groups I belong to. It is from Blanche aka Spanky3....please read and let's get the power of prayer working!

PLEASE SAY PRAYERS FOR MY GRANDSON JACOB.

HE WENT IN THE HOSPITAL LAST THUR. AND WAS ABOUT TO COME HOME TODAY BUT THEN HE WAS RUNNING A TEMPERATURE. MANY OF YOU KNOW AND MANY DO NOT HE HAS A TERMINAL CONDITION. THE NURSE CALLED ABOUT 11 PM AND ASKED IF THEY HAD A DO NOT RESUSCITATE ORDER FOR JACOB. HE HAS A BLOOD INFECTION OF SOME TYPE. HE IS BREATHING AT 59% AND IS ON OXYGEN RIGHT NOW. THE NURSE WHO HAD KNOWN HIM SINCE BIRTH WAS CRYING AND SHE IS VERY AFRAID. I AM GOING TO TAMPA WITH HIS MOM IN A FEW MINUTES.

PLEASE SEND THIS TO EVERYONE ON YOUR GROUPS AND FRIENDS. PRAYERS NEED TO BE SENT UP TO GET JACOB THROUGH THIS.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW WHEN I KNOW SOMETHING.

BLANCHE

Spring cleaning! loads of fun, doing the same at this end. It's good to know your children are doing well and things are looking up! Jacob has our prayers and his family, it's always tough when a young child is not well. Take care and keep on smiling....Lucy.

It's great to hear from you......
I check in from time to time to see how you are going and was pleased today to find an update on you.
Better not tell us anything that's going on as it would be more trouble than it's worth being that; it involves other people.
I have Jacob on my healing list and shall send healing to him later tonight in my quiet time.
xoxo

OMG Janni, I'm so sorry to hear about your Grandson. Of course I will be praying for you and yours.
My neice had a similar scare a couple years back, we almost lost her, there was a strange infection that took over in her blood as well, it nearly killed her. She went almost instantly from being a normal teen to then being deathly ill. It started out similar to the flu.
She ended up on a ventilator and they placed her in a coma state purposely, which still I don't understand it all as to why- but within a week she was back on her way to getting better, it was the strangest most shocking thing I've ever heard\seen, this illness.
Something with her kidneys too.
I hope your lil granbaby gets well.

Hugs,
Beth...

Glad to see your back online! Missed reading your blog! Being bitchier isn't a bad thing at all...it's being a doormat that isn't healthy...Been there , done that.

Hey Jan, good to see you and hear you are on the upswing (a little at least) Sorry that your fibro is acting up though. Just try to stop overdoing everything. Slow it down a little, your no spring chicken you know. Did Anita tell you how many people where asking for you on her blog? Yes, you are thought of fondly from many of your cyber friends. I will keep Blanche and her grandson in my thoughts and prayers, I hope that everything works out for all of them. That poor Mother, thats why I for one count my blessing everyday. Well Jan, you take care and stay focused on all that is good in your life.

Oh wow... Yaknow, I got to thinking about this and thought --now wait a minute, since when do you have a grand son... lol
I now see since reading ALL of the post, (that helps most of the time) that it wasn't your grandson.
I jumped the gun, I was so upset for you that I headed prematurely to the comment area.
I do hope that Blanche's lil grandbaby is doing OK??

Beth... :)
