Fantasy Beach...

yep, still here! All of you are welcome to come stay here, too! Matter of fact, I think I see a couple of you running down the beach now! Ala, Bo Derek style! and you are all 10's!!! Elaine, I am soooooo loaded, I just bought the whole darn island! But, it did put a dent in my bank account so I do have a nice bridge in Brooklyn that I am forced to put up for sale! It is a good thing that fantasies are free, other wise I would be a whole lot worse off than I am! A disability check does not go very far!

For all of you that have asked, Jess is doing okay. Her mood is more painful than her leg at this time! LOL! I am tolerating it only because I know what I would be like if I was in her shoes (or shoe!)

Okay....what do you think about this Anna Nichol thing? Did I spell that right? How come it is not "authorities say" but "her lawyer says"? Not being reported like it was some other celeb that has died. I am not judging her one way or the other, it just sounds weird to me. My heart goes out to that poor little baby! Just something that seems strange to me.

Not much else to chat about. Our friends that had the fire are doing as well as can be expected. They are still with their neighbors until they find a place. They are trying to avoid having to since there is really only smoke and soot damage and as my friend says, I have no problem watching someone else clean my house! They have already rebuilt the one wall that the fire burned through so the house is closed in, and the rest is outside stuff like the shingles, deck, etc. It has really been a blessing in disguise since it has opened up a lot of dialogue between all of them and I think has really hit their son right upside the head! He is such a good kid and I think the realization that he could have lost his family is the motivation he might have needed. DH has been spending a lot of time with him and going to meetings with him since he went through addiction himself. Not drugs but drinking, and now has 23 years sobriety under his belt. Plus that fact that I keep telling him that he has never grown up so he can relate to their son on a couple of levels! LOL! My friend's attitude is amazing about all of this, she is such a strong woman! Sometimes, I think, a little too strong that it is intimidating. I told her that maybe she should let them see her fall apart a little so that they may pick up the slack! I love them all to bits and they will pull through this stronger than ever.

Now, you are going to open up the files and not see the ribbon that is shown in the previews on the ribbon slide. It is there but you have to make it! Can't do ALL the work for you! Just take the straight ribbon of the color of your choice, "smoosh" the ends of it a little, then add either the bow or the knotted ribbon to the ends. In PSP you can use either the warp brush or the warp mesh. don't know what you would use in the other programs but I am sure that you have a comparable tool! the strange looking ribbons with the staple go on the lollipop sticks and look like they are wrapped around them, then just add a tag where the staple is! And, please use as many lollies as you want, I made them very low calorie!
